Partition lines dissappear when I unlock the Assembly

Ive been given an Abaqus CAE model someone else made from 2019, when I start to work at it on my Abaqus 2022 I need to unlock the assembly, but once I unlock it, it needs to regenerate but it fails to do so properly and some partition lines dissappear and I get a warning about constraints etc. Is there a way to avoid this?

Try manually regenerating (Feature --> Regenerate) both the part and the assembly.

Is there any additional info printed in the Message Window at the bottom of the Abaqus/CAE window ? You may have to scroll through multiple output lines to find something relevant but there's a great chance that a specific reason for this error is provided in this window.
