part to part copying

Is there an easy way to take sketches from one part and copy it dependentaly to a different part? ie A part has holes for a different part to mate too, but the hole locations may change and i want all the parts to update. All I can get is the "insertart" to work, but it's not all that useful. Any help?

In the assembly that contain those 2 parts do a in context edit of one of the 2 parts and constrain the feature sketch to the other one.
