how in NX 7.5 I can change letters size in part navigator

Are you using some flavor of the Windows OS? If so, these settings are controlled by Windows. If you are using Windows 7, go to control panel -> system and security -> appearance and personalization -> display. Choose one of the pre-set choices or go to "set custom text size (DPI)".
