Part Attributes in standard part creation guidelines

Hi, I have created a template part in Teamcenter engineering. In guidelines there are some part attributes listed and in that some of them I got in template part by default like part no, Desc, etc..
1. Do I need to include all of the attributes in template part which I created for hardware?
2. JT is necessary Template part and its child parts?
3. What is TC-INSTANTIATE in attribute? and its function.
