Parking garage collapse in 18-story apartment complex.

Well this is a surprize. I came to this forum specifically because I had seen this story and thought it would be a hot topic of discussion here. Guess not. Surprising, as I thought this would add to the discussion started with the similar collapse in Europe a few weeks ago. And since there is so much below grade construction in the Northeast US. Hopefully someone local will have more information soon.
