can drawing and part parameters be copied from one file to another

or do you just have to beat your head on the wall and type them all iinto

the new file?

Parameter values vary from file to file. e.g. Drawing
number. You can create a template (to prevent banging the
head...:)) and use it for creating a drawing.
coping parameters should be possible. I do not have Proe
open right now, hence cannot try.

It also depends on the version I think. I know it can be done in WF5. I don't remember being able to in WF3 and haven't used WF4.

We use WF4 and you can open the parameter window, highlight and copy all of the information from one file to another. Just basic cut and paste.

Thanks to all for your responces. I believe I got it handled now.
