Parameters in Geo5 Plate software

Hello Everyone. I'm new in using Geostructural Analysis software (Geo5); plate package. I'm wondering how to calculate the terms C1 and C2 when defining macroelement subsoils without the need of defining E_def. any help is appreciated. Thanks.
