P901 and VTR

Does anyone recognize these products? I think that P901 is a resin, maybe, hopefully, an epoxy. VTR seems to be a fiber or fabric.

I'm looking for information on these materials for an analysis that I'm working on.

Any leads to the manufacturer of these products will at least point me to an information source.
