I NEED TO IDENTIFY AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE, IT IS MARKED "P620" AND IS PACKAGED AS A 4 PIN DIP, I THINK IT IS SOME KIND OF OPTOCOUPLER, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS IT AND WHERE CAN I FIND ITS DATASHEET?,THANK YOU!

S620 is Toshiba TLP620 1 channel optocoupler.
You can easely find datasheet on google.com with "tlp620"

u can have the site of omron ,sharp, canon for photo interupter
