P110 Tubing failure?

Dear all,

We rigged up on a well and frac'd well with 2 7/8" 6.5# P110 8R ERW pipe. String weight was 45K but post frac we couldnt pull tbg out of hole upon pulling 130K. We cut tubing above the packer and it came out looking like so. What would cause this?
