p&id help please

You wrote the following questions:
1. - why does a nozzle and gate valve have same symbol in p&id?
2. - how can we differentiate them?
3. - how to read fabrication iso drawing?
4. - p&id complete symbol chart?
My answers:
1., 2. & 4.: - They do not have the same symbol on normal P&IDs. Whoever did your P&ID does not realize there is an Industry Standard and the Industry Standard does not show vessel nozzles.
