Overriding a dimension / creating a fake dimension in NX11 PMI?

So anyone knows how to do such thing in the PMI workbench in NX11? I know I can just adjust the geometry in 3D so it matches my "target" value but I don't want any workarounds here. It is possible in Drafting through "Format" in options but it's not there in PMI Dimensions.
