Most likely problem is the failure of a piston.

A compression check should pinpoint the bad one. A thermal scan of the exhaust manifold would also quickly point out the cool cylinder(s).

I assume the engine stopped on this fault? Review the "history" on the engine management screen, look for an abnormal cylinder combustion temperature.

Is the engine fitted with anti-knock (AKR)? Did this show any fault?

If someone has reset the fault, then the history log will be overwriting earlier data, the maximum storage is 40 hours......

Then boroscope the suspect cylinder (or all of them if the data is lost). Do not run the engine until you have done this.

Iagree with the others, looks like piston / rings.
