overhung load under seismic 1

under seismic conditions, how can we calculate loads on structure caused by an overhung weight (i.e. load lifted by a crane) ? We assume the crane fixed with the structure so that the suspension point of the lifted load is moving because of seism, adding load to the structure

Depending on what you want to check - the support structure, or the crane. Just be conservative.
 
I would like to calculate the load transferred to the structure from the waving hung-load
 
Then, the worst case would be treating the lift weight as an added mass of the crane. It would lower the mass center of the crane.
