Oven/Furnace Uniformity Survey repair

I am looking for any help to bring our Electric thermal treatment furnace/ovens into closer uniformity.
We range from 600° to 1025° F. We do stress relieving, aging and precipitation hardening.
We are certified but want to tighten up the deviation to request 3 month surveys instead of monthly.
Looking for books, article, checklist, guidelines etc...
