Hi Everyone
I am recently trying to verify the beam open-section element in ABAQUS (B31OS) in term of predicting the elastic lateral buckling moment, but it seem to me that the moment that predicted by ABAQUS is lower than the analytical solution. Then in order to check the accuracy of my model i need to output the second moment of area of the beam (Iy), i was just wondering if any of you have use ABAQUS to output this before.
