Let me start buy saying that I thank you for all of the help this site has given me.
I can't figure out how to orient a flange on an assembly. I was hoping to attach a PDF so you could see what I am talking about, but I will describe it the best I can.
I have a pipe connection that will u-bolt to a horizontal frame member and on the end of this pipe is a flange. I need the flange to be oriented so that the 4 bolt holes are 45 deg. from the horizontal plane of the frame member. I know how to orient it to be horizontal with the frame member, but I can't figure out how to rotate it accurately 45 deg.
