Orange Peel reducer fabrication 1

Due to non avilability we have to fabricate a 10"x12" reducer from schedule 40, A53 pipe.

Will it be acceptable as per B31.3 if the sample is proof tested as per 304.7.2

Any help will be appriciated

Where are you located that you can't get a 10 x 12 reducer?
