optimize MDMT

A note in compress calc set for a vertical ASME SECtion VIII Div 1 vessel says the following in a comment for top head calculation:

Do not optimize MDMT / Find MAWP.

What does this comment mean?

It means find the MAWP with the specified MDMT. You can also get a lower MDMT but this may impact the MAWP.
