I need your helpfull for the best way to maintain refrigeration equipment, can some body help me to found any refferance like books or document ?

Suggest you borrow a copy of "Modern Marine Engineer's Manual", Volume II, Second Edition published by Cornell Maritime Press.

Try "Maintenance Manager's Standard Manual" by Thomas Westerkamp. Chapter 28 deals with recommended maintenance programs for air conditioning equipment.
