Opening NX8 files only in desktop 1

Hi friends

I tried to open a NX file (from his folder) in my hard disc , however the only way to open the files is copying or moving onto the desktop.
Some one of you identify this problem?

NOTE: All files were created in NX8

If NX was properly installed on the system using the Windows install shield, then double-clicking on any file with the .prt extension will automatically launch the last version of NX installed on your system. If this is not working, you can set this option explicitly by opening an explorer window, selecting any .prt file, pressing MB3 and selecting Open with -> Choose Default Program... and if you it, select 'NX Component'. If not, you will need to browse to where NX is installed and select the UGRAF executable. And if you toggle ON the 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file' option then this should work as expected in the future.

Thanks for your comments, I applied the last option that you described "If not, you will need to browse to where NX is installed and select the UGRAF executable. And if you toggle ON the 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file' option then this should work as expected in the future" and appears this error message.

Thanks for all of your contribution, I found the mistake, the problem was because the *.prt file was into many folders and one of them had a description whith letter ñ, that situation caused the error when it tried to open the file.
Johh, your comment was the clue for resolve this item.
