Opening flat state crashes Pro/E

Opening the flat state of a part crashes Pro/e after making changes to the formed part (generic). This happens from time to time with large sheetmetal parts. Anyone know why this happens? The std.err file says:



RAISING SIGNAL : Signal number : 11



v2001 build 2002310



The work around I've used is to delete the flat state and recreate it.
