Opening a .ply( ergonomic human factor scan data) file in JACK softwa

Hi All,
I want to open a .ply file (a point could data file from 3d lazor scan of human subjects ) into human factors software called JACK.
Is there a cad software that wud convert .ply file into say STL or IGES, VMRL,STEP format which is supported by JACK?
Is there a way I can import a.ply file into JACK??
