We are having leakage at channel cover. Due to the Explosive mixture, we can not do Hot work. We are looking for possibilities to stop this leak online without any Hot work.Any experience please share.
Share if you now any Specialized company ???

Thnaks in advance..

A leak sealing company (TEAM, COLT, Carber, etc.) should be able to take a look and let you know if it's possible to do something.

Have had a blade clamp installed on a channel cover before to successfully stop a leak similar to what you're describing. Be sure to consider the possibility of separation in the design. You'll trap your product against the bolting if a clamp is installed, and it's critical to ensure that they won't corrode or crack as a result.
