On site Valve Seat Lapping Services

We have some heavy Rockwell Edward valves (up to 24", #1500 size)installed at our plant. These valves are welded (no flanges) and dismantling is very difficult for seat lapping at our workshop. We are in search of some vendor who can provide on-site seat lapping services of these valves. Our location is in Pakistan. Can anyone advise from where can we get such service.
