I have a question from a client in relation to an installation from a project constructed under the 1984 National Electric Code. Actually the California Electrical Code, based on the 1984 NEC. Due to a couple of office moves in the intervening years, past versions of our archived code books are lost.

Does anyone know if there are previous versions of codes on the web? I've Googled this and tried a few sites, but to no avail. I would hate to have to go out and find and purchase one for one simple question. (Although if I need to I guess I will).

Thank you in advance,
EEJaime
