I am trying to compute the rebars for auger cast piles. ACP are 24 inches in diameter.
In the past, (lpile v5), i remember that i had to work with interaction diagram provided by LPILE, based on the section (no of bars) i want to analyze. The way how I used to do in the old version was entering several axial thrust loads and i would get the unfactored interaction diagram.
I noticed that in a more recent Lpile version, (2016), other than entering the axial thrust loads i need to enter the EI-Vs Moment Data as well. EI-Vs Moment Data consists of bending moment and nonlinear EI. Refer the file attached.
Can anyone provide guidelines how to enter the bending moment and nonlinear EI?, I am not sure how to proceed.
