Are these available for free anywhere on the web? I'm looking for Technical Note 726 by H. A. Schafft, "Testing and Fabrication of Wire-Bond Electrical Connections- A compreshensive Study" from September 1972. I haven't had any luck locating it.

You can get a copy here at a very reasonable price. They will have it or know how to get it. Spell out NBS as this can stand for many things, National Banking System, Naval Bureau of Ships, etc.

NBS was the National Bureau of Standards. It is now NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology?). They might have a copy.

Also, the last part of the title:
Connections- A compreshensive Study

Suggest you modify it slightly to read

Connections - A Comprehensive Study

(got a typo in comprehensive and needa space before the -)

I googled this and it looks like Study should be Survey

Good hunting!

Thanks magoo! Changing it from study to survey located the article right away.
