I am licensed in Ontario as EE. I have to perform a job in Quebec and for that I will need Permit to work as engineer from OIQ, Quebec. As per OIQ, I can get temporary license for specific job, but I have to pass professional exam, for which they don't have any english study material, although the test can be in English if desired.

Let me know if anyone has been through this and what are the options.

I had the reverse for a permanent licence, from Quebec to BC and I think the test you are talking about is related to ethic and local regulation. You can always have a QC eng. review and approve your work or coach you while getting ready for the exam.

It is section 1 and 3 professional exam which is mainly related to the engineering profession and law in Quebec and related.
