I am currently trying to determine how to flush/rinse oil from a demineralized system. water system. This water system is a closed loop cooling water system for lubrication oil, however a leak developed in the heat exchanger and we found oil in the water. Has anyone had experience with cleaning agents or methods to rinse out the oil from a demineralized/dionized water system? This closed loop system includes a demineralized water regenerator (resin media filter tank).
