% of Live Load Required for stair design

We are designing a steel stair system. Is there a code requirement for what percent of Live Load we need to use for our seismic calculations (2003 IBC)?

I don't believe you use any LL in the stair design for seismic. See 1617.4.1 for the definition of W.
