ODE Solver Integration Tolerance

Hi,

I am trying to solve a coupled system of 2nd ODEs for a few different values for the constants in the equations.

Most of the values give me the following error:

Warning: Failure at t=1.098161e-001. Unable to meet integration tolerances without reducing the step size below the smallest value allowed (3.901450e-016) at time t.

Is there any way to reduce the step size?
Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
