Odd Surface

I am trying to create a negative edge on a very complex surface for a die. I haven't done a lot of surfacing in Solidworks, so I'm a little under the gun.

A portion of the surface is already at a negative edge, but other areas have a positive edge. I've tried creating a knit surface then a loft but it won't work.

Any suggestions would be great!
