occasional loads on the nozzle qualification

Hello, I am working on a stress analysis for steam piping connect to steam turbine. The vendor provide nozzle allowable loads for sustain and operating cases. But the area is high seizmic area. The occasional loading is high. I am wondering how we consider the occ loading to qualify the nozzle. Thanks.
