Dear Sir/Madam:

I need to coat sheets of steel that are 27 IN wide with a 23.5 x 23.5 IN coating (thin, thickness not critical).
The coating consists of a solution containing by weight 10% phosphoric acid, 50% heavy naphthenic distillate+mineral oil, 10% glycol,5% water, balance neutral.
Can you recommend a process, i.e. curtain coat, electostatic? Keeping the edges bare would be difficult with electrostatics. I am not sure about the conductivity of this solution.
