O\S ERROR: signal 11 caught in file

Does anyone know what this error means. A fellow co-worker keeps getting this error and is booted from UG on the spot. This seems to be the common error in the syslog file. I have a copy of the full syslog if it would help answer the question. Thank you

Unfortunately that can be a lot of things. And the error is a generic windows error. Attach the syslog from a couple lines before and after the +++ in the file
