We have a file in Team Center that is not allowing us to save and gives us the error....
While saving MAA15836L/008: Structure Storage Error: Object Not Found in File
In dealing with GTAC we have been given this answer....
I have searched for this type of issue at Siemens PLM’s knowledge database and found a very similar case, showing the following work around:
The problem where Save as is causing errors "Object not found in file", has been closed with a work around provided.
This part had a PartFamily spreadsheet attached to it at one time, but that spreadsheet has been lost somehow. To correct the Save As problem, go into Modeling and select Tools->Part Families and then delete the part family. The file will then be able to be saved.
However, when I go to Part Family, there is nothing to delete. There is an option to create a spread sheet but not one to delete the part family. This doesnt seemt to be a part family to me.
Any idea of what else could cause this error?
Is there a way of deleting a part family from a file that I am just not aware of?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
