Dear all,
I am currently designing some electrodes for tool production: I have imported a previously made electrode with a useful geometry, but I noticed that it is slightly different from what I really need and it collides with the working part.
I did the interference check (using the italian version, I don't know the original name) and the result was positive, though it is evident that the electrode collides.
This issue is quite scary as we rely a lot on the interference check.
Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to solve it?
I attach a small presentation.
Best regards,
