NX9 and FLEXLM 2

I know that NX9 only supports Windows 64bit.

Is there however a 32bit version of FLEXLM that can be used ?

NX 6.0.5.3 (NX 8.5 Testing)
Windows 7 64

Yes there is. Log into the Siemens GTAC download server and it's in the Siemens PLM Licensing (see image).
