With the update to NX1872 we keep finding issues. This one I had found in a search and it said that it is caused by using a role created in an older version. However, I created this role from the new version and it still didnt make the Base View button available.
The strange thing is that the computer that is having this problem, the next morning before needing to add my new role, the button was available again when they started up the computer. It just fixed itself.
Today the Base View was gone again. I had her load the new role I made and it is still unavailable.
Any thoughts as what to try?
