NX Spreadsheet Value Does not Match Sketch Measurement

I recently switched from NX 6 to NX 8 and I have noticed that in some instances, when I change the values of some expressions in the spreadsheet and update the NX part, the expression value does not match the actual measurement in my sketch. It appears that NX thinks it has updated the sketch to the correct expression values but the sketch does not reflect that. Has anyone else seen this before or know what can cause this?
