NX Open IDE 1

Hi

I want to know IDE or code editor which supports NX Open .NET API. According to Siemens documentation Visual Studio is recommended for NX open. Unfortunately I don't have admin rights to install visual studio.

Is there any alternate IDE or code editor which does not require admin rights to install and also support NX Open .NET?

Google it with "Portable vb IDE"

Portable software can be installed without admin.

Thank you for answering my question, I have searched in web and not able to find proper IDE. I am searching still. If you have any recommendation could you please tell?
Is it possible to use KF ICE editor as NX Open IDE? I am using NX 9
