I am using the deviation gauge to measure the difference between planar splines (half circles) to a cylindrical surface. I have a grasp of how most everything works within the operator. The one item I cannot figure out is the Positive Inner and Positive Outer fields under Tolerance. Do the tolerances base themselves off of the target object or the reference object?
