How to remove in a planar mill these leftovers in corners. I used different machining strategies but they all result the same outcome regarding leftovers more or less.
Planar mill uses boundaries to contain the tool path. It is not "Smart"
This look like a good application of Cavity Mill, which uses the solid bodies to determine the cut volume.
You could still use Cavity Mill to clean up the uncut area by using 3-D In Process Workpiece.

Also, what does tool overhang mean?
