NX 9, Where is Edit Associativity for PMI?

I have been using PMI model views to replace lately and have been struggling to reassociate PMI dimensions or callouts when they lose their associations. In drafting there is an option to right click on the the broken dimension and reassociate it. or edit associvity maybe it was. Anyway, I have not been able to duplicate this in PMI. I select new objects for the termination object, etc, but everything I do does not change the PMI from dashed to solid (active) again. I end up having to recreate the dimension or note callout. What am I missing?
