NX 9.O WITH MAC

Hi,

I would like if NX 9.0 is compatible with MAC IOS 10.9 MAVERICKS. I try to install it and there is a problem of compatibility

I had the opportunity to try NX9 on a Mac the other day (running under 10.8). I have used Apple products since the Apple II in 1977, will always prefer to use Apple products where available and run everything in our shop on Macs and iPads except NX. The Mac implementation that I experienced the other day was truly awful, it could not be more unMac like if it tried.

No doubt Siemens will say that the numbers aren't there to warrant the investment in developing a true OSX application, but there's the rub - the numbers will never be there without a significantly improved user experience.

Until such time I will continue to use NX/Windows on Apple hardware

HI, Thanks for your comments. I like to check NX 9.0 in MAC enviroment. I have installed X11 and I need to install Open Motif before install NX 9.0. So that I had the problems I posted. I downloaded openmotif2.1.30.tar. I unzip it and then create a directory called "motif" BUT now how can install open Motif? I new in Mac. Please appreciate any information about how can install that file before to run NX 9.0. I have IOS 10.9 MEVERICKS

The installation is compatible with the newest Mac OSX, all though the site is not updated.
