I just tried to create a flexible hose assembly in NX 9 routing with a locked length. I could not get the ends to move as desired. If I tried to re-orient an end it was rotating the entire assembly. If I removed locked length it would move as desired. Another problem that I am having is that I can not set an extension length on a port in NX 9. If I went back to NX 7.5 and created with a locked length the ends would move as expected. If I opened the hose assembly created in NX 7.5 in NX 9 the ends would move as expected. But whenever I try to create a new assembly in NX 9 I cannot get the desired movement of the fitting in the hose assembly. I think it might have something to do with the specify vector selection but am not sure.

I am thinking of doing a video on this.
The first thing is the NX version.
NX9.0.2.5
It worked in NX8.5 but broke in NX9.0

I do have a video showing using the flex pipe function but not one on how to make the component.
Using the component is at the end of the video.
