NX 8.5 Installation error

Hi All,
I want to install NX 8.5 on my laptop.
But when I first start installing NX License server It shows error "INVOCATION TARGET EXCEPTION" and it says the application will now exit.

I have a HP Laptop 64-bit and windows 8.1 installed.
Please someone help me in this issue.
