I have a 1" 3000 lb threaded coulpin welded to a 6" sch 80 pipe , the joint fits Scetion VIII UW16 (Z-1) , based on that detail the fillet weld size "Tc" is .25" or .7 tmin per the detail , I'm running into inspecot who thinks Tmin controls fillet weld size . whos right
