Any tips or informatin sources for designing a nozzle for viscous fluids. The requirement is to dispense a thick oil (4,000 cp)with a non-drip shut off. Flow rate will vary from droplets to volumes of 200 ml/min. Perhaps the crux is to have the dispensed material exit the nozzle straight without being pulled to one side.
